1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the CoralMC Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have explicit consent from your parents or legal guardians to make purchases
  • You must have the necessary authorization to use the provided payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal account)
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during the purchase process

3. Purchases and Payments

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
  • Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and may be subject to change without notice
  • Purchased gems and subscriptions are virtual currencies usable exclusively within the CoralMC server
  • Delivery of digital products generally occurs within 1-20 minutes of purchase. Contact support in case of delays

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any attempt at chargeback (forced refund) or unauthorized dispute will result in immediate permanent suspension of your account, including permanent IP ban. We encourage you to contact our support to resolve any issues before proceeding with a dispute.

5. Account Sharing and Transfers

  • VIP packages, subscriptions, and purchased gems are strictly personal and cannot be sold, gifted, or shared with other users
  • Violation of this rule will result in immediate account deletion and loss of all purchases
  • Credit or subscription transfers between accounts are only allowed in specific cases (premium name change, Bedrock to Java upgrade) and may take up to 7 business days
  • Not all transfers are guaranteed and are subject to staff approval

6. Service Modifications

CoralMC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service, including VIP packages, premium features, and gem availability, at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

CoralMC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased services.

8. Minecraft Disclaimer

CoralMC Network is not affiliated, associated, sponsored, or officially connected with Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation. Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang AB.

9. Support

For any questions or issues related to purchases, contact our support team through the ticket system on our website or official Discord.

11. Subscription Cancellation

Recurring subscriptions purchased through the CoralMC store are managed by the Tebex platform. To view, manage, or cancel your active subscriptions, log in to the Tebex payment management portal at checkout.tebex.io/payment-history/login. You can cancel at any time, at no extra cost, and cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. After cancelling, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the period already paid for. No refunds are provided for the current billing period. If you experience any difficulty managing your subscription, contact our support team through the ticket system on our website or official Discord before initiating disputes or chargebacks.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
