Terms of Service

By accessing the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service. Some areas, such as the staff panel, are restricted and require specific authorisation.

Access is provided through Discord. As a result:

• You are responsible for what happens through your linked Discord account.
• You may not transfer, sell or share your account with others.
• You must provide truthful information: entering a Minecraft username that is not yours may result in losing what you purchased.
• You can request account closure at any time by writing to [email protected].

When using the site and the network you agree not to:

• Break the network rules, which form an integral part of these terms.
• Upload unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to access restricted areas, bypass protections or interfere with the operation of the services.
• Use automated tools to extract data from the site without authorisation.
• Open tickets or applications containing false information, or abuse support.

You remain the owner of what you upload (messages, images, attachments). By uploading it you allow us to store and use it as needed to provide the service: handling support, assessing an application, verifying a report. We do not use your content for any other purpose. We may remove content that breaches these terms or the law.

We may suspend or close access to the services if these terms or the network rules are breached. In less serious cases we warn you first; where the breach is serious or already established, the measure is immediate. You can challenge a decision by opening a ticket: sanctions are reviewed by a person, not by an automated system. Closure for a breach does not entitle you to a refund of what you purchased.

We do our best to keep the site and the network reachable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, failures or provider issues may cause downtime. We reserve the right to change or discontinue individual features.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, nor for the loss of in-game progress caused by failures, rollbacks or the conduct of third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, nor the rights you have as a consumer.

CoralMC is not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by or sponsored by Mojang AB, Microsoft or their affiliates. Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang AB. When using the network you also remain bound by the Minecraft terms of use.

We may update these terms. The date of the latest change is shown at the top of the page. Where changes are significant we will point them out on the site. By continuing to use the service after an update you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the rights granted to you by consumer protection legislation and the jurisdiction of the courts where you live remain unaffected.
